Your personal leadership growth doesn't have to be sporadic or haphazard. The Christian Leader Blueprint will give you a step-by-step guide to leadership transformation.
A Step-by-Step Guide to Leadership Transformation
Many leaders are searching for clarity in a very confusing world. Their lives are chaotic and they struggle in their effectiveness, and as a result they don’t enjoy leadership. The Christian Leader Blueprint is a framework that helps leaders find clarity in their life and leadership. It helps them gain a better rhythm of life, see and understand themselves more clearly, leverage their strengths, and produce more productive relationships. Ultimately, it helps a leader transform his or her leadership effectiveness and enjoyment.
“Leadership is a high calling, but with the calling also comes great complexity, and often confusion. The responsibilities, risks and burdens can be overwhelming, and often seep into stresses in our families and personal lives. Ryan Franklin has created a clear, biblical and practical guide to helping the leader gain clarity of vision, be resourced well, and focus on the main things. His style is warm and his personal narratives are vulnerable, so that we can all identify with them. You will be glad you read this book.”

Very evident in the book, The Christian Leader Blueprint, is Ryan Franklin's passion for sharing concepts he has acquired over the years through extensive study, diligent application, and life experiences. This is not just a treatise on motivation. It has been said, 'Motivation without direction is frustration.' In this book you will find direction! It is replete with ideas for those who desire to increase their effectiveness and enjoyment of leadership in the work of God. You will find practical how-tos of organization and time management with suggestions that include healthy life balance, routines, and effective goals. There is much in the Bible about the importance of determination in the service of the Lord. Jacob vowed a vow, Daniel purposed in his heart, and David repeatedly vowed things like, "O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee," and "My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed." In the New Testament, the apostles in Acts 6:4 determined, "… we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word." These are just a few of the many who have left us an example of spiritual leadership born out of a will firmly set to do the will of God. Whether you read it straight through, or as Ryan recommends, read a chapter routinely, weekly or monthly, I believe this book can help you to 'fix your heart.'

The Christian Leadership Blueprint is an essential book if you want to be an effective leader. It is a masterful mix of biblical values and leadership principles that have helped me to be self-aware enough to capitalize on my strengths rather than attempt to focus solely on my weaknesses. Like me, the pages of this book will not only help you as a leader, but it will emit to every part of your life. This book is important enough that you shouldn’t just read it for yourself but should also buy it for someone else.

The Christian Leader Blueprint provides a fresh perspective in the crowded genre of modern leadership books. It is an important and powerful tool for every leader who is serious about increasing their personal capacity and fulfilling their team's potential. It provides a practical approach that makes effective leadership feel attainable for every leader.

Many leadership books address a certain skill set that is needed, or a specific challenge that is faced by leaders. But The Christian Leader Blueprint digs deeper to provide a truly holistic view of the leader’s LIFE. Not just productivity, but balance; not just routines, but rhythm; not just vision, but margin; not just strengths, but giftings; not just calling, but character. My friend Ryan Franklin draws from a deep well of personal development, a ministry of leadership coaching, and years of experience in the corporate world and at one of the great churches in America. And he capably weaves it all together to provide a useful map for your ministry and a unique guide for your personal growth. I encourage you to use this book as a blueprint for your own life and leadership, and to take the next step in becoming the leader God created you to be!

The Christian Leader Blueprint by Ryan Franklin, is a God send. In the most important times in the history of the church, God's men and women are being called to lead in so many different areas and ways. But how can we lead others if we aren't leading ourselves well? This amazing book will walk you through the dynamics of becoming the leader God has called you to be.

The Christian Leader Blueprint is an answer and guide to addressing the mounting challenges facing those in charge. The leadership answers are simple, but the morass of “noise” surrounding leadership practice has clouded what really works and what doesn’t. Ryan Franklin’s Christian Leader Blueprint eliminates this noise and outlines a clear and definitive leadership model rooted in the only “truth” that can sustain its demands.

Being a Christian leader demands ongoing introspection and education. Working with young Christian leaders for the last couple decades, makes me wish I could have been handing this book out a long time ago. With Scripture, transparency, and proven strategies, Franklin empowers readers with his clear systematic approach. This work is truly exceptional, and its impact is far-reaching. I personally experienced its power.
